EduDrone - Third Book 'WE ARE LEADERS' Co-Authors meet over a cup of coffee was a session taken on the Zoom Platform. It indeed was a reflection of the insight to the authors' mindset to unfurl their thoughts showcased in the book.
EduDrone in association with OMOTEC, Adventure Education and Masterclass had organized the curtain raiser for the verbal expressions of the co - authors about their chapter in the upcoming book, "We are leaders".
The leadership styles amalgamating anecdotes of the Milestones encompassing the journey of life of the 34 thought leaders in their own affective domain.
Ms. Kajal Chhatija, Author and the Pied Piper of this live session ensured that the book will be a masterpiece inspiring and motivating the readers world over.
The beautiful web weaved by the experiences of the blessings, empathy, skills and knowledge of the 34 leaders is indeed going to go in the annals of history as a pathfinder to the millions of its readers.
Dr. Nidhi Nijhawan, co-author expressed, "I feel blessed and honored with the words failing me as I get featured in this book of cherished moments and I am privileged that my chapter" Dreams of my Journey from a Facilitator to a leader" has found a place in the masterpiece that we call , " We are leaders".
As Frost has very aptly said " I have miles to go before I sleep " , the life of every leader has a learning every day, every hour , every minute and every second. The moment this learning approach will stop , a leader will stop being a leader. We unlearn , learn and relearn is the mantra of my leadership style. I always believe and pray that , "Lord give me the wings to fly and let not the sky be the limit for me."

A true leader uses the power of their vision - of a better world as their guiding star. Leader enable and create an ecosystem where people find their own best potential.
Anu Bhatnagar shared,
"I truly believe that the person who leads by intuition will be custodian of a new world and will show it is ok to fail - and to rise after failing is the mark of a warrior leader. I pray for each of you to find your unique light."
Shrenik Shah, one of the inspirational coauthor addressed the audience and said , "I feel privileged as one of the coauthors, I like to keep the title of my chapter as a secret but excited to mention readers will experience most desirable key element, #FreedomFromFEAR as a stage IV vocal cords cancer Survivor in my 25th year & global influencer with distinctly audible unique voice.
Arpita Ghosh shared, "A good leader Listens, Encourages, Appreciates, Delegates, Empathizes, takes Responsibility and Radiates Positivity. Add on to this clarity of vision, communication skills, courage, confidence, managing time, handling pressure, good decision maker, risk-taking ability, innovative, keen observer, compassionate. There is no end to this list. Along with these, practive the servant leadership style, and we can sure make the world a better place for us all."
Co-author Shanoli Ray mentioned that self-motivation is the key to reach the dream life. Sky is not the limit if one dreams big and has a growth mindset, self aware, visionary and open minded to adapt oneself to continue to the chosen path and make it the destiny. Her story reflects her journey from nowhere to somewhere, from ordinary to extraordinary, which people can easily resonate with.
Mandakeni Verma, Co-Author, expressed gratitude and shared, "A leader is a foreseer , a visionary , a staunch believer unparalleled in his sense of conviction , motivation , dedication and devotion and truly undaunted by impediments in his pursuit of potential reality. A sunshine in the crowd , he bestows the glimmer of progression on the social canvas that lasts forever .
