School Leadership Conclave 2021.
The session deliberated discussions on enhancing assessments, framing creative questions, New Evaluation Pattern and panel discussion on NEP 2020. The panel comprised of Nalini Sengupta, Principal, Vidya Valley School, Nivedita Madkikar, Academic Director, Lokseva Prathisthan & Mentor International School, Pallavi Naik, Principal, Nirmal Waddan, Principal, The Kalyani School. The panel discussion brought a practical perspective towards evolved phase of education bringing hybrid mode, flip learning, interdisciplinary approach and being open to new learnings. The panel was brilliantly spear headed by Jayanti Das Gupta, National Head Sales & Acad. It was coordinated by Manisha Devi, Zonal Head, West & Goa and EI Team.

Further the conclave had a very engaging segment of writing a quote on describing the leadership style of the attendees. Over fifty heads of Schools found an author in them and wrote a quote for the EduDrone's upcoming book 'WE ARE LEADERS' - Expressions and Experiences. It was headed by Ms. Kajal Chhatija, Author & Founder, EduDrone. It was indeed a great learning experience post covid where over fifty School Heads gathered and exchanged their views on revised evaluation structure, how it can be further improvised and implemented to its true vision.
