Boycott Teacher’s Day Celebration Campaign by AIPTA

Private teachers across India are facing existential crisis , with growing escalation of schools closure and some “No School No Fees” campaigns School Management has not been able to or not willing to pay salaries to their teachers for past 6 months .Online classes have led to more students accommodated in online classrooms thus staff reductions , non-core subject teacher’s terminations and massive salary cuts happened with increased workloads in preparation of online lecture materials (PPT/PDF’s) .Semi urban and Rural areas were further impacted with no online classes happening teachers there are made redundant. Few Thousand teachers across India participated in AIPTA’s digital campaign boycotting teacher’s day celebration in wake of current challenges faced by community such as job losses, forced resignations, terminations and massive salary cuts AIPTA appeals that Teachers be heard and in this crisis situation justice should be doled out to this hard working community of nation builders, that always contributed to growth and future of India. Indian Education creates business Leaders and Scientists and Engineers revered globally for knowledge power, we as India carry .AIPTA further asks : Has not government got some responsibility towards survival of these building blocks of Indian economy ? Mr.Sanjay Trivedi Founder AIPTA , under Banner of “Samanvay Sahyog Foundation “ worked hard to bring the community together for this campaign with support from State Leaders through Shri Murli Manohar Sharma ( National Head AIPTA) in helping the community voice their opinions through AIPTA social Media channels
