A workshop was organized today at TWGS for entire teaching staff by Dr. Manisha Dikshit, an able vaidya, with more than 12 years of experience in Ayurveda discipline, treatment, and therapies. The school Principal Mr. Sanjay Dewangan welcomed Dr. Manisha Dikshit by presenting a floral bouquet and Ms. Geetika Arora informed all attendees that Dr. Manisha Dikshit is on a mission to promote health and wellness through the restoration of the natural balance of our biological and spiritual bodily systems. The resource person shared important information on Pranayatana Ayurveda and ways to detoxify and rejuvenate one’s body.
