Teachers are navigating unchartered waters with sincere preparation, They are embracing latest technology to educate kids with whole dedication.” No one would have ever imagined such a pandemic outbreak, such a loss, such a long lockdown for all. But whatever comes in our way, we have to deal with it bravely and judiciously. The students are facing a lot of problems because of total lockdown. But we believe that studies can’t be hampered, the spirit to learn can’t be dampened. Little Flowers Group of Schools has opened a new avenue of learning – e learning. The School Management is continuously providing rigorous online training session to all the teachers. Each and every step- from downloading to using, from teaching online to recording lectures, everything is being explained in detail to eqip the trainers to train the students. Now Students, as well as faculty members, are enjoying this ICT based education. Online meetings are organized in a regular manner to monitor the progress/difficulties faced of these online sessions. The following applications/technologies/processes/platforms have been adopted for imparting knowledge to students. * 1. Google Classrooms are started for imparting knowledge by some teachers. 2. Virtual Classroom using / ZOOM / Google Meet is conducted by the 75% faculty members to date and the percentage is increasing day by day. 3. Other standard platforms along with Google Classrooms opted by the faculty members. WhatsApp, sending Audio files of the lecture or PDF notes, Pic Voice Notes, etc. Every class is followed by an online test/ assignment viz. 1. Google form for on-line test/assignment 2. Assignment submission in Google Class Room 3. Project/ assignment for additional evaluation

The students have also adapted themselves and adopted the new way of learning. They attend lectures, clear their doubts, submit assignment sheets online and get feedback via email. Full-fledged classes have been running successfully for IX to XII classes since 24th March 2020. Primary and Middle classes have also been started. Pre-Primary classes are providing a totally amazing platform to the tiny tots to have fun and frolic infused e lessons. The support of parents is also commendable because without their support the school could not have attained the goal of providing quality education at the doorstep of each student. May the conditions normalize soon!

Meanwhile the school will reach the kids via online classes.
