The Mann School has successfully implemented and is reaping the benefits of the Equine Therapy, popularly known as Horse-Therapy or the EAT (Equine Assisted Therapy). With one of the finest Horse-riding infrastructure in an Indian boarding school, MS through adoption of this experiential therapy has brought about significant improvements in its students learning and personality development. Equine Therapy involves mental health treatment, coordination between the horse and the rider that lets them grow their confidence and changes everything about their personality. It aids in learning, developing confidence, managing emotions and stress, improving tolerance, problem-solving skills, independence, social responsibility and interpersonal relationships of the children. While those children suffering from anxiety and a lower level of confidence, Horse-Therapy helps them overcome negative thoughts which ultimately results in self-grooming. Further study of results, of this therapy has shown noticeable improvements in academics, personal behavior and social etiquettes and groomed themselves as balanced personalities.
