The iLead speeches at Indus International School depict our student leaders' journey, strife, and trials.
Two such young leaders recently shared their perspectives on overcoming hurdles in the previous year on Innovation Day. At the city's SJ Polytechnic, Grade 11 student Divya Mankani discussed her continuous efforts to establish digital classrooms. Her difficulties to alter an 80-year-old government agency have led her to believe that individuals, not procedures or structures, bring about the necessary changes. After an accident in which both of his wrists were fractured, Grade 6 student Aarav Iyengar recounted how he developed into a confident and motivated individual. Aarav, a golfer from the age of four, stressed the significance of cultivating a growth attitude.
