Delhi, May 19, 2022- The Cambridge Wing of Maharaja Agarsain Public School hosted a mass Surya Namaskar performance for Cambridge 3 to 12 students.

The advantages of Surya Namaskar were explained, including how the twelve steps function as a full-body workout to improve flexibility, attention, and stamina. Surya Namaskar is an excellent warm-up for Students since it stretches the entire body and helps to move every joint and major muscle group. This seamless transition between postures aids concentration and attention and can have a significant impact on the Student’s creativity and focus levels.
