She is Masters in Biotechnology and Gold Medallist in Bachelors in Education. She is CTET and GATE qualified. She began her journey surpassing all the challenges thrown her way and emerging victorious, thanks to her never-say-die attitude. Over the years people have realized that there is no force more powerful than a woman who is determined to rise. Ms Nidhi had a lot of challenges dot her path to success, but she took on the mantle to power through them all and succeed against all odds. She was born in traditional middle class Marwari family. Her father has served in Police department and my Mother died when I was 8 years old. Her father married again and she was lucky to have her mother again who always supported her. She completed her schooling from a small town Dewas(M.P) but always had big dreams. After her Post graduation she got married and had to move to USA and when she came back to India with her son, she decided to continue her studies in education. Her In-laws family always stood rock solid with her. Her passion unleashed and the people who disowned her became her backbone. She has not obtained success overnight. She has put in high levels of determination, dedication, and bravery to overcome every obstacle thrown her way in order to achieve outstanding success in her field. She believes that a child should always be prepared for future career which we don’t know today. Not only they should be experiencing 21st century skills but also develop Design thinking skills solving real world problems through project based learning. Following this she lead the first Indian school team to participate in NASA Rover Challenge Competition, Huntsville, USA .

As an educator you have to fulfil many roles, the instructional leader, learner, manager, Reviewer. She can effectively deal with high school students and am adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously in campus or remote teaching environment. Some of these include planning, setting & evaluating student work and helping & encouraging students to reach their true potential besides, being part of their sports & co-curricular. She enjoy incorporating hands-on teaching with technology for a more interactive learning process. As a mentor & teacher both, she share an excellent and very satisfying parent rapport. She is willing to experience and learn from new pedagogy.

She feels that her passion for connecting dots, empathy, acts of kindness, respect, honesty and sincerity later paid her high dividends in the form of permanent and trustworthy relationships. All those people that she came into contact earlier are the ones who are still with her and want to walk further in fulfilling the common goals.

A Teacher who motivates students to be aspirational and compassionate. Always up for an inspiring read. Absolutely Love Teaching, Love Inspiring, Love Mentoring, Love Learning. Apart from Teaching, Love Writing and Love Engaging in Social Service and Community Service Programmes.Learning is Renewing Life! Always seeking opportunities to learn, improve, and work upon continuous self-development.

She believes in the motto “When a Student WINS, a Teacher WINS!”

Since the early years of my life she dreamt of serving the society in best possible way, during Pandemic she used to take classes on for footpath children who were forced to sell things on roads. She was inspired to teach to underprivileged when daughter of her vegetable vendor shared her story and requested her to teach. She started taking online and physical classes for children of under privileged sections of community. She teach them after her regular school working hours. She don’t want these children to sell garbage bags on road. The difficulty was to bring all children together and find an open place to teach as they are busy selling garbage.

The journey with this has become so beautiful as it won many accolades. Yet when Children say that they want to become like her when they grow up is the best award for her.

Message : Education is the most powerful key that decides fate of any nation. Achieving a Sustainable Development Goal 4 of inclusive and quality education is a humungous dream during this global pandemic. With ongoing situation, schools are unlikely to reopen anytime soon .A very common sight at every signal is children selling garbage bags. Due to present scenario they are forced to earn for living and help their parents during crisis. The reason schools are closed is that chain of virus spread is broken but by selling garbage bags they are getting exposed and virus might spread .It is hear wrenching situation to see young kids age 6-16 yrs on road. According to them anyways they are dying with either virus or hunger.

I Nidhi Jain have presented myself as the situation demanded and request other stake holders of the community to come forward and propose a solution. At this point of time we can see commitment and creativity of teachers for student learning and at the same time Government has launched many e-learning platforms like swayamprabha, diksha but to access these underprivileged section do not have resources. As a community we should plan to procure spare devices, phones , laptops etc for under-resourced kids who cannot have access to online education so that they donot miss out opportunities that determine their future.
