Dr Ruby Bakshi Khurdi: An Educationist Par Excellence


Dr. Ruby Bakshi Khurdi is a highly acclaimed International Speaker, Trainer, Award Winning Educationist, Author & Mentor. She is invited to various international platforms as keynote Speaker, to conduct workshops & training sessions on Emotional Intelligence and Women Empowerment. She has done her Postgraduate in Business Administration from India with Major specialization in Human Resources Management & Minors in Marketing Management. She has a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education from University of Derby, UK and holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from American University in Switzerland.


Dr Ruby is recipient of many National & International Awards, for conducting successful workshops across the world in London, Bahrain, Amsterdam, India, Nepal, China, Paris, Portugal & Prague. Her contribution towards Education & Society have been recognized by WORLD BOOK OF RECORDS UK. In Switzerland she has conducted highly successful training sessions at United Nations Geneva, Good festival in Lausanne, Nestle Vevey and Science Congress in Zurich. During challenging times of COVID19, she participated in various webinars, Live Master classes & talk shows to motivate people across the world.

She is frequently sharing her expertise on topics like Education, Communication, Mindfulness, Public Speaking, Stress management and Practicing Resilience! She has been interviewed on Radio, TV & various magazines as a Global Inspirational Educationist.

She motivates them by highlighting their work and giving them a safe learning environment. Professional journey


Dr. Ruby has served as the Academic Dean of renowned Women’s College in Switzerland. Her teaching focuses on strategy implementation, leadership development, team spirit and quality management. She has attended various academic tours with international students to Nepal, India and Turkey. She is popularly known as Kahoot Professor by her students. Her teaching style focuses on gamification and perceptual learning.


During Pandemic, when the whole world was going through challenging times, she published a book to deal with the new normal in education industry. Her book titled - How to engage learners in a Virtual Learning Environment? A shift in Paradigm due to Covid-19 is available on Amazon. As an expert Innovative educator, Ruby has shared great methods to make virtual sessions, webinars or classes fun and engaging. A magical effort to help the trainers, educators and everyone using the virtual platforms. It looks like a chapter from a high- profile career magazine…totally magical!! But magic didn’t happen in a day…Ruby had to struggle a lot to carve a niche for herself in a foreign country! It looked like a dream come true to everyone back home!




“Coming from India, I had to make lots of adjustments in my way of living - though it was not easy but I am happy I did it with the support of my loving husband. I have always worked part-time as I wanted to spend quality time with my children and at the same time do something significant for the society. As a multi- tasker, I try to balance my family, social & work life very well.”


Entrepreneurial Projects


Ruby is the founder of Indo-Swiss Cultural Network - Building bridges between people of both communities to integrate and live together.

“To inculcate values of the rich Indian culture, I am actively involved with cultural education – teaching ‘shlokas’, ‘mantras’ and ‘bhajans’ to kids as well as adults.”


Ruby is the Founder President of InterculturELLEs Reseau Des Femmes, a socio-cultural network for women to connect, share, support and discover each-other in sisterhood!


RAY Academy Swiss – Re-Invent the Awesome You, is her latest venture - A humble initiative to reach out people to help overcome this issue & make speaking fun! She wants to help people build confidence, give them voice & create an Impact!


As a Goodwill Ambassador, she has created free online Certificate tutorials on Women Empowerment & Emotional Intelligence. Its available on her YouTube channel and she has a decent number of followers world-wide. She is actively involved in giving free training sessions about personality development, cross- cultural issues and women empowerment in different associations and clubs.
