When a common woman dare to become an entrepreneur

Dr. Aradhana Kumari believes “Dreams don’t work unless you do” - How life will unfold in front of you no one knows, as this Pandemic lockdown changed the life of everyone. Dr. Aradhana was into IT sales and Business Developments with an esteemed organization until one day things started to fall apart and she has to lose her interest in an IT job due to the massive layout during Covid pandemic slips that happened in 2020. She always thinks Can my passion be my profession?


Journey of life, the path that we seek is often seeking us:


Dr. Aradhana's mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive.

She developed her passion for learning. She started exploring everything in her life what output will return she never knows. Where on one hand she continued looking for a good career, on the other side writing, Social Work and Ph.D. gave her the positivity to make a stronger comeback. Her chosen path of life not only ended up transforming her journey into a unique and different experience from the one that she had started walking on. That changes the life of thousands of people who around her..!! Learning never exhausts the mind. Aradhana’s long line of academic success began in the field of Management. During her vacations, she was also guided by her mother to learn the social and political that Aradhana felt inclined towards. At the young age of 22, Aradhana got an opportunity to become a speaker at one of the Human rights events. People were curious and surprised to see such a young girl with knowledge in a very different field who could tell them about their personality. She now transformed from an introvert into a confident young lady who could enthral the crowd and answer their queries or handle objections gracefully and eloquently.


Let’s meet Dr. Aradhana Kumari - Next big leap:


After a while, someone appreciated her social work, writing skills, and Public Speaking Skills, and asked her to introduce her work in front of an audience. She not only did showed her magic of work but also, spoke volumes about her story of rediscovering herself through writing, caring, and teaching especially social work. Dr. Aradhana Kumari Founder of Saicare Foundation NGO & Vauttech India Pvt. Ltd., her Start-up Company "Vauttech" under the recognition by Bihar Agriculture University "Sabour" and the central government of India they also sponsored her innovation project. Her decision to start an NGO and company together was nothing short of an ordinary experience. Originally with a background in Social, Business, and Marketing, Aradhana has also been a researcher and an academician at SJJT University and Editor and Reviewer of various International Journal , she made an unbelievable transition into the field of business, social enterprise, and digital. With her calling being social women and with her mission to spread happiness to all, Aradhana set to jump into the NGO and Company started in Latehar(Jharkhand), Patna(Bihar) also started collaboration in International level (Srilanka, Bangladesh, and Indonesia). She believes in only three armaments to success in life (Helping, Healing & Caring ) her goal to make someone smile by her side. Things started at once, and since Aradhana has been into corporates before, She knew, how to present her organization. The way corporates function, their expectations, formats, and related things, which helped her in putting his best foot forward. Soon, She established her organization along with ATUL KUMAR "Director of Savitri Renewable Energy.


Stronger persona and her diary of social women:


Aradhana is a person who strongly believes in "NEVER GIVE UP- DOESN'T MATTER WHAT PEOPLE ARE TALKING ABOUT ME" As she is a good writer and this line is written by herself ! She says “Don’t decide your future on the basis of what others say. Instead, do what you feel is your inner calling. On the basis of facts as opinions change but facts don’t. Going back into her childhood days, when young Aradhana would one day accompany her grandfather to a school for Orphan children to meet. At one such moment, one little girl tugged her arm and asked, "Kaya mai apne baba se mil sakti hoon?" "Can I meet my grandfather"? Can a modest question, lead to a deep answer? Yes, it can be…!! Because, these soft, subtle, yet intriguing words seeped down into Aradhana’s soul and made a permanent impression on her curious mind. That simple, abrupt question, years later, turned into the mission of Aradhana’s life when she decided to serve the underprivileged children, orphans, obligate women, the lonely elders, and many others who may ever be in need. So, it was in the year 2019, when Aradhana truly answered her calling in life by setting up her OWN NGO.





Presently, the NGO addresses more than nine pressing issues that include education, food, infrastructure, relief, skill development, rural development, environment, women empowerment, water cleaning, and health. Bringing joy to the lives of people, especially those who are needy, has been the sole purpose of the Wishes & Blessings NGO. Her Company's mission to give more benefit to farmers through technology. and we help them to stand out to their own feet.
