India is a secular country with diversified cultures and the significances in their own kind.
As an endeavour, to solidify the bond of oneness and unification among Little Florians, a special morning assembly was organised on 30th October 2021 by the students of Class VII to commemorate the Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
The assembly was initiated with the introduction of our theme - National Unity Day.
Firstly, the significance of morning assembly was told to the students. It was proceeded with the Chanting of Gayatri Mantra. After feeling calm and content, our National Song was sung by our students. A presentation on biography of The Iron man of India Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was given to provide detail account of him. Many activities were performed like speech, poem recitation, story telling to instill values of unity among all. To make the assembly more special and cheerful, a group song was dedicated to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
After that, students were asked to take pledge to make a commitment for duties, responsibilities and obligations associated with all the citizens of our nation.
