New Delhi : International Yoga Day Celebration at Ramjas School RK Puram Delhi.
Yoga is an invaluable gift of India’s ancient tradition. It embodies unity of mind and body; thought and action; restraint and fulfilment; harmony between man and nature; a holistic approach to health and well-being. The students of Class 2 celebrated International Yoga Day in their classes today. They performed different Yogasanas and were also told about the Importance of Yoga in day to day life.
