HES ANNUAL FUNCTION-HARMONY 2019
HES, Senior Secondary school, celebrated its ‘Annual day-Harmony 2019’ on Friday, December 20th, 2019 with great happiness and exhilaration. Students of Pre-primary and Primary wing participated enthusiastically and made this event successful one. The triumph was possible because of the constant efforts of the management, teachers and students.
Mr. Sumit Gulati, a versatile actor in Indian cinema and Miss. Gunjan Gupta, the Council of Anand Vihar ward were the esteemed chief guest of the day. Other guests of honor present at the occasion- Mr. Ramesh Kandhpal and Mr. Sunny Rathor added more grace to the event.
The program commenced with the lighting of the auspicious lamp by all the dignitaries present at the occasion. The principal, Ms. Arti Khungar addressed the gathering and later the achievements of the school were shared with the audience.
The theme of the Annual Day was ‘Disney World’. The music students enthralled the gathering with their soothing voice as they presented the welcome song.
The drama ‘The Lion King’ took the audience to the land of savannas and the theater artists held everyone captive with their performance.
The chief guest-Mr. Sumit Gulati was really impressed with the talent of the children and mentioned the same in his speech. Teachers, students and Management along with Mr. Gulati danced on one of his popular songs.
An extravaganza of dance performances added more elation and zeal to the event. All the performances were introduced by the students themselves who were danced like the Disney characters. The performance were culminated with the grand finale where all the children came back again in Harmony to culminate the program.
Finally, the vote of thanks was delivered by the Anchoring team. They acknowledged the efforts of each individual who made the event successful.
