Team EduDrone is coming with an exclusive compilation of 40 co-authors sharing their Leadership style in the book, 'WE ARE LEADERS' Expressionsand Experiences. A coffee meet was held and first three authors introduced their chapters.

Dr.CHR. Raina Tandon Khatri, Founder, Right2Right (R), CEO, Director,An ISO certified POSH & POCSO Compliances specialist Itterated. She said, 'I will create awareness towards women and children rights through my chapter. "Inclusive Leadership the new blended approach to Diverse Organisations and individuals". She also shared the key aspects like we realise the strength through voices and at times through listening as well, understand your leadership style, experience diversity, inclusiveness, spirituality through practicing right traits of humility and perfect practice silence in leadership.
Ms. Swarleen Kaur, Personality Development Trainer, Founder, The Talk Room. She being one of the co-author revealed the name of her chapter, "Leadership through The Talk Room". She unveiled some key facts from her chapter, that how she came up the idea of her eduventure, The Talk Room, n how through asking questions, what, how, when and where helped to decide the title and with courage, integrity, cooperation and positive attitude took The Talk Room at the international level. She shared 3D's; desire, dedication and determination the soul of her eduventure.
Mrs. Reetu Jain, Chief Mentor and Co-Founder, On My Own Technology, Partner and co-author of the book shared the name of her chapter, "Leadership through Experience". She said, Experience is the key to success for OMOTEC. Her chapter will focus on three aspects; freedom to perform, freedom to explore, freedom to decide and rest she announced that readers have to read the chapter to get the visual treat and feel proud to see young champions innovate futuristic solutions
Mrs. Jain concluded the session by quoting Shri Ratan Tata quote, "If you want to walk fast than walk alone, but if you want to walk farther than walk together. She congratulated EduDrone team's effort and giving life to the said quote. Session ended with a group picture depicting T for Together. Mrs. Chhatija announced that Leaders can still share their leadership quotes of 50 to 100 words for the book at edudroneeducation@gmail.com along with their name and picture latest by 30th of October 2021.
