Co-Authors Coffee Meet
The co-authors of the book came to speak about their chapters in the book over a coffee meet held on EduDrone's live social platform.
The book is a compilation of over 30 co-authors chapters based on:

Each one shared key aspects of their chapter.
Rajeev Narang, Sales Marketing Consultant, Branding Expert, Author of Get Set, Arise, TEDx Speaker, Motivational Speaker and also one of the co-authors of WE ARE LEADERS. Mr. Narang unveiled the headings of his chapter and created alot of curiosity during the virtual coffee meet. The key headings; 3C- Collaborate, Create and Celebrate, Enrollment, Declaration and Sharing being the key factors of success and applicable to almost all the work setups.
Dr. Rupali Dhadhere, Principal, Trinity International School, she unveiled her chapter, 'Leadership through School'. She said, 'Leaders are not born, but they are made. Success is a teamm work. One must appreciate talent and recognize team. Preparing team is what leader must focus on and celebrate success or failure together.
Dr. Shunila Joy Chauhan, Principal, The Orchids International Shool, revealed that the leader shares her vision and mission and the energy flows in the team. It is all about being responsible, self aware, removing the gaps and celebrating each one's existence around us. Finally she said, 'Acceptance is the key to success.'
Seetha Sagaran, Personal Development Trainer, Lifestyle Consultant, Motivational/Keynote Speaker and Mentor helps people to attain individual excellence.
She shared a few snippets from her chapter focusing on personal and professional excellence. She said, 'There are steps involved in touching lives through mindfulness, nurturing a transformational leadership style, respecting individuality, bringing about behavioral changes through a focus on wellness and happiness, and forming positive progressive habits.
Dr. Latika Bhatia, Founder, Gradcat Education Services, Managing Director Content Kraft, shared the title of her chapter, 'Leadership through Proficiency and Commitment'. She addressed that being commited towards your task brings you closer to your goals, and a team's vision becomes reality through accountablity & proficiency towards the assigned task. She stands upright to the tag, 'Latika - The Lady of Commitment'. She believes in true leaders make more leaders.
Supreet Kaur ,Head of School has a journey of 18 years of being an academician to being a part of education corporates like Educomp and Pearson.
As a leader she firmly believes in the principles of recognition , relevation and recreation. In her own words leadership is a process of evolving and for better leadership roles in future ,education system has to work on developing leaders at schools right from foundational years. She will be carving out strategies on risk taking ability , goals , acceptability and criticism in her chapter in the book ‘WE ARE LEADERS’
Mrs. Chhatija along with the co-authors in the zoom room culminated the session with a hope to see the physical copy of the book soon by doing a declaration, Coming Soon, as mentioned by Mr. Narang, that the declaration will remind you to complete the task as he did during his first book launch.
