Empowered Women, Empowered Nation

With the premise that women are the true architects of society, the Chaupal and D.R.Patel Memorial Trust organised a cleanliness product producing workshop for poor women on April 21, 2022, at Little Flowers Public Sr Sec School, Shahdara to assist them in their start-ups.
Around thirty women were taught by Mr. Sanjay Vohra, Executive Director, Incubation Centre, Acharya Narendra Dev College, Delhi University, at an event presided over by Mr. Rajesh Dua, Chairman, LFIS. They were taught how to make ordinary utility products such as handwash, phenyl, glass cleaner, and so on so that they might be self-employed and self-sufficient.
Sh. Jitendra Mahajan, President of Choupal and MLA of Rohtas Nagar, and Mr. Rohit Dua, President of D.R.Patel Memorial Trust and Managing Director of LFGS, were highly commended by the Chief Guest, Chief Editor of Dainik Jagaran, Sh Swadesh Kumar, and Guest of Honour, Dr. Chhavi Gupta, Deputy MS of Rajiv Gandhi Hospital, with the remark that empowering women is the key They praised the initiative, stressing that women's empowerment is inextricably linked to respect for human rights and the nation's long-term growth.
Dr. Shailedra ran the stage, and Sh Chunesh Bansal led the event, which ended with a vote of thanks.
