21st June 2021; Bageshwar, Uttarakhand: Countrywide Public School, Kathayatbara, Bageshwar, Uttarakhand celebrated 7th International Yoga day virtually, activities of Yoga and meditation were done by the children in the supervision of School Yoga instructor, children were told that Yoga is an ancient Indian way of life through which the physical body and the brain can be completely healed.
Children enjoyed a lot and promised to continue yoga in there daily schedule.
