DRISHTI -A vision to provide quality education by BJP Education Cell.
The "DRISHTI" initiative was launched on 5 September 2021 to provide free 6 months of teacher training to all teachers.
On 17th April 2022 at the BJP office, Shivaji Nagar, BJP city president Shri Jagdish Mulikji, PMC education dept president Mrs. Manjushree Khardekar and BJP Education Cell President Mrs. Seema Tanwar.
The award ceremony was held in the presence of the DRISHTI Core Team, Mrs. Gayatri Chadwa, Mrs. Nadia Sheikh, Mrs. Roma Kamat, Mrs. Reshu Agarwal & Mr. Pranay Oswal with all the module heads including Mrs. Sharwari Gowande, Mrs. Shalini Saraf, Mrs. Ishita Ghoshal, Masrat Tawawala and other volunteers were also felicitated at the event.
The program was empowered by Enark - Lucky Surana and Round Table India Kunal Gala. Under this program, the BJP Education Cell trained about 150 teachers in PMC schools in various modules such as basic literacy and numeracy, computer skills, classroom planning, and teaching tools as well as teachers' mental and emotional health and personality development.
Indeed it was an enriching experience for all the trainers and trainees, helped in upskilling the skill sets of 150 teachers, and will soon be reflected in the classrooms to cater to generation.
