Aryaman Aggarwal, student of Class 7th from Modern Public School has designed a Zero Touch Dustbin

New Delhi : Aryaman Aggarwal of class 7th from Modern Public School Shalimar Bagh Delhi, has designed a Zero Touch Dustbin which does not require one to step on the pedal to open it.

Rather, it works on sensors which open the lid automatically when someone is in close proximity. The smart bin waits for a few seconds for the waste to be disposed and then shuts itself again, thus significantly minimising the spread of infection via footwear. This student once again prove that COVID-19 can be dealt with in India with the help of brilliant ideas like these.
