On 27th October 2021, Gayatri English Medium School and Junior College was acknowledged with
Best CBSE Smart School by Times Group.
It was indeed a proud moment for the entire team at Gayatri for being the one among other fifteen awardees. The first school started in 2003 and today in span of over 18 years, the SVSPM have five schools in Pune and grown with leaps and bounds, providing smart education, preparing students for life to be the global citizens.
Mr. Bhongale addressed the august gathering by sharing his vision of taking the initiatives sky high being on the ground, providing world class facilities to the students. Apart from providing excellent academics, he firmly believes in upskilling students with 21st century skills to make them futuristic leaders leading in different sectors. He shared his humble beginning from the farm and fields and shared the inspirational story of his mother, being uneducated, still she maintained the record of 100 women at the farm. His mother is the one to instill the love, passion and zeal towards the work and worship the work. Today under SVSPM, we have five schools in PCMC. We strive to give holistic education to the future generation.
He announced that recently Gayatri Teacher Training Institute launched in 2021 and teachers are trained for the Foundational years, Nursery to Grade-II. It is a complete online training platform; teachers are trained by some of the seasoned leaders to cater to generation Z.
SVSPM’s Gayatri is proud to announce the grand kitchen shed project which will feed more than 500 students with nutritional meals and free education from the coming academic year 2022-23.
