New Delhi : A special virtual assembly was organised by the students of Class XII to mark the occasion of Teacher’s Day at Ramjas School, Pusa Road, Delhi.
The Pandemic may have brought the world on its knees but it has not been able to dampen the spirits, enthusiasm and resilience of our students, who did not let it deter them from celebrating Teacher’s Day and making it a memorable day for their teachers.
A special virtual assembly was organised by the students of Class XII to mark the occasion. Glowing tributes were paid by the students through self-composed poems and melodious musical renditions of songs. The students also recounted the invaluable support and motivation provided by the teachers over the years. Beautiful cards were presented by students from all classes. Enthralling dance performances by the students left everybody mesmerized.
Mrs. Surabhi Dua, Principal in her address acknowledged and applauded the great work done by the staff in these challenging times. She appreciated the smooth transition made by teachers to the virtual mode of teaching and hailed them as the unsung heroes of this pandemic. She exhorted the students to imbibe the values and spirit exhibited by the teachers in these challenging times. She also appreciated the zeal and enthusiasm of the students in putting together the memorable event, and assured them of her unstinted support in all their endeavours.
