New Delhi, 25th January 2020 : A Self Defense Training program for was organised for students at Bharat National Public School, Ram Vihar, Delhi.
As Crime against Women rise by the minute, awareness and consciousness towards its importance gains momentum and BNPS is quick to act and as a result, had conducted an awareness session with the help of ‘Crime against Cell’ for all the Girls of VI-VIII on 9th & 10th January, in 2 Sessions of an hour each.
The Training Included- Punches, Blocks and Other techniques to save oneself in case of any kind of attack. It was encouraging to see the enthusiasm and the eagerness of the girls as they followed every word of the instructors. They certainly were quick to learn the techniques!
